The 2019 Seven Soils Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged 11 months in 12% new, 12% 1-year, and 76% neutral French oak, and then settled for 2 additional months in stainless steel before bottling. Boasting notes of honey-coated pear, sweet fresh white nectarine, white mushroom, lemon drop, and sweet cinnamon, it finishes with a full-bodied, with an orchard-fruit and earth-driven characteristic. 1137 cases produced.
