The 2019 Björnson Pinot Noir spends 11 months in French oak barrels, with 29% being new, and sports a more herbal and earthy nose of pine forest, Chinese five spice, and melted white chocolate. The palate greets flavors of spiced red plum, black raspberry, and wet earth. Handsome structure and balance move to a red-fruit forward finish. Only 300 cases made.
