HAZELFERN Pinot Noir, Eola Amity Hills ‘Silvershot Vineyard’ 2019

All marine sedimentary soils, which are unique to the Eola Amity Hills, it’s aged for 15 months in 25% new French oak barrels. 25% whole cluster was used during fermentation which gives it some phenomenal notes on the nose of pine forest, spiced blueberry pie, wild huckleberry, wet forest floor, freshly scraped vanilla bean, and dried thyme. A great combination between a classic Oregon Pinot Noir and a classic red Burgundy, it features crunchy tannins, elevated acidity, and a lean and spicey finish. 150 cases produced.
