FLANEUR Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘Cuvée Constantine’ 2018

During fermentation, 15% whole cluster was used, and then it was aged in 50% new French oak barrels. It displays a deep brick-purple core in the glass, with a neon pink rim. Featuring big, rich, and ripe aromas and flavors of black cherry, spiced blue plum, forest floor, toasted cinnamon stick, graphite, and some hints of new leather and white tobacco leaf, the Cuvée Constantine delivers crunchy tannins, medium acidity, and an earth-driven finish. 780 cases produced.
