Aged in 20% new French oak and showcasing a lovely pale gold-lemon color with a silvery tinted rim in the glass, it pops with notes of grilled citrus, slivered almonds, dried thyme, and just a touch of apricot seed. The finish is lemony and a tad herbaceous and is balanced with the lovely acidity and medium to full body. Just 249 cases were made.
