Aged predominantly in stainless steel, the 2021 Classiqué is a bit more plush and round than the 2020’s racy acidity. Grilled lemon, citrusy herbs, a hint of mountain sage, and just a touch of lemongrass are all present. It sports medium-high levels of acidity, but feels rich and luscious on the mid-palate. An incredible wine for the price point. Best Buy.
