The Zephirine is a barrel selection of the best barrels of wine from the Drouhin Estate vineyard. Showing medium ruby with a brickish rim and delivering notes of red cherry, huckleberry, cedary herbs, white pepper, and milk chocolate. Acidity chalks in on the high range, tannins are in the medium range and crunchy, and the body is medium to full. 1737 cases produced.
