HUNDRED SUNS Pinot Noir, Eola-Hills 2019

Fermented with 30% whole cluster in all neutral oak French barrels for 12 months it displays an eye-catching medium to dark ruby in the glass with a shimmering purple rim. Crunchy black and blue fruits combine with lovely crushed stone minerality and graphite aromas. Silky smooth fine-grained, integrated tannins and medium levels of acidity complete the wine. 75 cases produced.
