Slightly off-dry, this Pinot Gris touches a touch of new oak, with the rest aged in neutral barrel and stainless steel. Dried mint, honey-coated ripe red pear, fresh pineapple, salted cream, and honeycomb notes combine with medium acidity and an almost tannin-like structure across the palate. 1968 cases made.
