Made with approximately 30% new French oak barrels, this wonderfully reductive Chardonnay pops on the nose with aromas of flint, honey-coated almond, yellow apple, fresh pear, and dried sagebrush. Heightened acidity and a full body lead to a rounded texture on the palate and a lengthy finish. About 600 cases made.
