As with all of the Lytle Barnett Sparkling Wines, this one also sees extended tirage. These wines seem to be getting better and better with every new vintage, and I cannot wait to see how these wines age over time. Presenting a fine mousse and a delicate mouthfeel, it boasts notes of fresh white peach, baked brioche, and caramelized almonds. It’s a rich and decadent wine that will only get better with time. Best in 2024 and then enjoy for 15 years or longer. Only 180 cases made.
