Another spectacular Sparkler from the team of Lytle Barnett, this one from 100% Chardonnay grapes in the Eola-Amity AVA. It’s a bit more aggressive on the palate than some of the previous vintages. It boasts notes of fresh Granny Smith apple, toasted hazelnuts, tangerine oil, sandy minerality, and hints of baked croissant. It finishes long and crisp. Better in 2023. Just 100 cases produced.
