The 2019 Elton from WVV rests for 16 months in 30% new French oak and sports a medium blue-ruby core with a neon pink rim in the glass. Expressive, finely detailed red cherry candy, blood orange peel, dusted country road, and dried poultry herbs aromas take on stunning herbs and mineral flourishes in the glass. Lovely weight and structure, lead to an incredibly fresh and fruit-forward finish. Better in 2023 and then enjoy for the next 7-8 years. 1000 cases produced.
