AUDEANT Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 2019

The 2019 Audeant Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is ruby-purple colored and starts off with a slight reductive note on the nose. It quickly blows off with some air revealing blue fruits as well as complex dried rose petals, mountain strawberries, pencil shavings, grated chocolate, and sweet baking spice nuances. With plenty of tannins, medium body, lemony acidity, and a chiseled and focused texture, it’s a radiant wine and one that stands out from the crowded field. Just 475 cases were made. Highly recommended.
