Aged for 9 months in neutral oak and spent 30 months en tirage, the Momtazi Carbonic Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Carbonic maceration was used during ferment, which keeps the grapes incredibly fresh and vibrant. Stunningly beautiful in the bottle, with a neon orange-pink core moving to a silvery rim and a frosted bottle that looks rich and delicious. A juicy cranberry and underripe cherry tone hit the palate alongside shades of baked brioche and steely minerality. A lovely and fun wine to enjoy. Just 94 cases of this marvelous wine were made.
