Presenting a lovely medium ruby core with a garnet rim in the glass, the 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from Resonance is a lovely treat. A bouquet of Bing cherry, forest floor, red apple skin, Early Gray tea, and juniper berries jump from the glass. The palate bursts with ripe macerated strawberry and fresh mountain blueberry tones alongside sweet cinnamon sticks and dried cedary herbs. Soft and supple tannins pair with the lemony acidity. The lengthy red-fruit forward finish brings with it a beautiful white pepper spice characteristic.
