The 2021 Hazelfern Pinot Noir is fermented with 10% whole cluster and aged 15 months in 18% new French oak. Lovely notes of mountain blueberry, crushed strawberry, milk chocolate, toasted earth, and dried flowers. Lemony acidy pairs with silky tannins and a long finish to complete the wine. 750 cases made.
