One of the best Lytle Barnett Sparkling Wines I have tasted so far, the scintillating 2016 Brut is made up of 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay and opens with sweet aromas of freshly baked brioche, white nectarine, grilled lemons, apricot pit, dried mountain herbs, and white flowers. Perfectly in balance with the delicate mousse dancing on the tongue. I adored the cucumber and cinnamon-spice note on the elegant finish. Just 196 cases were made. Highly recommended and editor’s choice.
