The stunning 2017 Sparkling Rosé from Lytle Barnett is a combination of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. A glistening bright orange salmon color with a lighter pink rim, it opens to aromas of grilled lemon, white nectarine, brioche, toasted walnut, and a smooch of cherry essence. The mousse is delicate and washes over the tongue, alongside the lemony acidity and earthy finish. Only 317 cases were made.
