I adored the 2021 Rock Block Chardonnay from Hazelfern with its light golden-lemon core and water rim. Boasting aromas of grilled lemon, sea breeze, white peach, fresh linen, and shades of tangerine oil, it’s a treat to experience. The palate brings additional flavors of freshly sliced green pear, lemony herbs, and a crushed stone minerality. Acidity is elevated, and the lovely fruit and herbal notes complete this phenomenal wine. Highly recommended.
