100% Pommard Clone Pinot Noir planted in 1996 make up the 2021 Freedom Hill by Haden Fig. Resting for 16 months in 35% new French oak barrels, the tannins are firm and structured with mouthwatering acidity. Notes of black cherry, blue plum, crushed stones, and sweet vanilla bean combine with a lengthy herbal finish. Only a small production of 75 cases were made.
