Very earthy on the nose, the 2019 Cuvee Constantine presents aromas of old leather, black peppercorn, grilled meats, and crushed autumn leaves alongside hints of boysenberry and black cherry tones. Medium-bodied across the tongue, it finishes with a lovely saline and olive note on the mid palate. Tannins are completely integrated, and it sports enough acidity to finish things off.
