A glistening light lemon core with a water rim, the 2021 Avellana Chardonnay boasts notes of green pear, Meyer lemon zest, quince, orange blossoms, white nectarine, and crushed stones. Racy acidity and stone fruits are pronounced on the palate while finishing with a lovely honeyed note that sits for minutes. A small production of 150 cases made. Better in 2024.
