The Yummy Yummy Yummy Pinot Gris from Artist Block is definitely Yummy Yummy Yummy. It’s aged in neutral oak and stainless steel for 7 months and is a bit cloudy in the glass with loads of skin contact, creating a complex and fascinating wine. Red apples, tropical fruits, and wet earthy notes combine perfectly. It has plenty of acid and just a slight tannin feeling that hits the gums on the finish. 170 cases made.
