Another fun wine that you don’t see often in the Willamette Valley is the Domaine Divio 2022 Aligote, which is a Burgundian variety that is making a comeback in a big way. It was aged entirely in stainless steel. Ripe apples, honeydew melon, bitter herbs, and crushed stone aromas drift from the glass. It finishes fruit-forward with a lovely herbaceous note that falls on the mid-palate. Just 120 cases were produced.
