Aged for 5 months in 100% neutral oak barrels. Light lemon core with a silvery rim in the glass, the 2022 Pinot Beurot (a local Burgundian name for Pinot Gris) gifts attractive notes of candied red pear, dried pineapple, grilled lemon peel, white flowers, wet clay, and saline. Delicious, simple, and easy to drink, it should cellar well for the next 3-4 years. 350 cases were made.
