Well made and very delicious, the 2022 Freedom Hill Pinot Blanc offers up a light lemon-gold core with a silver rim in the glass. Stunning notes of sweet yellow apples, honeydew melon, bitter herbs, yellow wildflowers, and crushed almonds are all present and wonderfully combined. It’s medium bodied with medium acidity and just a touch of sweetness comes through on the finish. Pair this one with some spicy Thai food.
