Named after the owner Bill’s wife, this delicious Pinot Noir comes from the absolute best fruit from their Sonoma Mountain property. It is aged for 15 months in 100% French oak barrels with 44% of them new French oak. This wine is kept in the Three Sticks cellars for an additional 6 months time to give it time to spring to life. A wine that constantly changed while in the glass, it showed aromas of black cherry, cola, pine tree bark, sassafras, ground nutmeg and hydrangeas. Flavors of black raspberry, red plum, brown mushroom and toasted cinnamon and freshly baked gingerbread combine to create a full-bodied, delicious and age-worth Pinot Noir. Highly recommended. Only 387 cases produced.
