Aged for quite a long time for a Chardonnay, this one chalks in at 15 months of aging in 29% French new oak. The nose delivers aromas of grilled lemon, yellow apple, dried thyme, and a hint of nutmeg. Moving on to the palate - mouthwatering acidity frames the core of the wine, and finishes with beautiful citrus and pear flavors. The finish starts off fruit-forward and ends with saline and dried herb notes. 410 cases produced.
