A crunchy blend of 46% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir, and 8% Pinot Meunier was produced in the traditional method and spent 33 months en tirage. With just a touch of dosage, the wine feels completely dry on the palate. Notes of crisp green apple, ripe Bartlett pear, yeasty brioche, and a hint of toasted hazelnut pop on the tongue. The mousse is refined and elegant, and the creamy finish goes on for a long time. A great new addition to the Sojourn lineup.
