The 2021 Big Sur Pinot Noir from Paul Lato gifts a medium translucent ruby-brick core with a silver rim. Notes of crushed Bing cherry, black raspberries, watermelon, candied violet, shaved chocolate, vanilla bean, and forest breeze are all present and wonderfully combined. More earthy and spicy on the nose than on the palate, it finishes with perfect levels of acidity and balance on the finish.
