ROBERT BIALE Zinfandel, Aldo’s Vineyard 2016

One of the oldest vineyards in the Napa Valley, Aldo’s Vineyard is a small vineyard first planted in 1937 entirely to Zinfandel. This begins with aromas of red bell pepper, red cherry compote and strawberry jam aromas dominate the nose. Soft and luscious, this shows milk chocolate, black cherry cordial and sagebrush flavors that build on the palate. With a wonderful tension and weight, this is a stunning Zinfandel.
