The 2017 Savigny-Les-Beaune Vieilles Vignes comes from 45-year-old vines, mostly from the parcel Les Vermots Dessus. It idisplays an expressive character, with aromas of fresh lemon, white flowers, sliced green apple and fresh mineral nuances. On the palate this is medium-bodied with an nice balance of fruit and minerality. Overall this is a lovely Savigny-Les-Beaune this can be approached now or cellared for a another few years.
