The 2019 L'oiseau de Paradis Rosé is a lovely showing in this vintage. It opens to pretty aromatics of white peach, strawberries, orange zest and even some hints of papaya which are underlined by some wet stone minerals. On the palate this possesses a lovely texture and is well balanced, remaining fresh throughout. A lovely Rosé that should drink beautifully upon release.
