The 2013 'The Allure' Cabernet Sauvignon is showing some some lovely mature characteristics on the nose, offering nuances of dark cherries and dark plums, which are laced with dried Asian spices, cigar box and hints of savory herb aromas all taking shape. On that palate this is full-bodied, round and velvety, with well-integrated tannins making for a wonderful mouthfeel. Flavors of dark fruits, roasted plums and spices continue to resonate across the palate and leave an impression on the finish. There is no need to wait any longer, as this is already in its prime, however it should continue to offer a drinking window of least a few more years.
