The 2020 Post & Beam Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of blueberries and cherries that are joined by spices, dried herbs and hints of gravel that all take shape in the glass. Medium to full-bodied and nicely structured with a velvety mouthfeel. Flavors of red and dark berries, spices and hints of dark chocolate leave a lasting impression on the finish. This is a Cabernet that will be accessible early and should continue to drink nicely with some short-term bottle age.
