The 2019 Artalade Montana Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon begins with aromas of ripe blackberries and dark cherries which are woven together with cocoa powder, pencil shavings, dusty minerals, mocha, fresh mountain herbs and sweet baking spices that all take shape in the glass. The palate is full-bodied and well-structured with a gorgeous plush texture that is underlined by a wonderful touch of acidity keeping it fresh and inviting. It shows wonderful concentration and depth with fantastic length on the finish as dark fruits, mocha and spices continue to linger on.
