This Tudor Vineyard Chardonnay wine was aged in 70% new French oak for 10 months prior to bottling. The resultant wine shows a gorgeous, golden hue and begins with bright aromatics reminiscent of butter, wild mushroom, creme brûlée and roasted pineapple. The ripeness is there, as is the rich mouthfeel. Roasted pineapple, golden delicious apple, creme brûlée and brioche toast fill the mid-palate, as this delicious Chardonnay finishes creamy. This is delicious wine that has great weight and texture. (Best 2017-2025) - June, 2017 (OB)
