Composed of 40% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault, the 2015 Coudoulet de Beaucastel begins with inviting aromatics of raspberry liquor, sandalwood and herbs de Provence, which all come together beautifully. Balanced and poised, showing notable depth, the wine dances between dark and red fruits, which are backed by a lovely velvery texture that continues through the finish.
