Sunday, October 9, 2011 - This is better then I recall from my last tasting note. There is so much dense black fruit, cocca, toasted oak, braised fig and mesquite. This is really round and velvety on the palate but then attacks with even more mouthwatering fruit on the super long and chewy finish. I did not recall the finish being this big and layered on my last tasting thats why I have to bump this up a point or two. (Drink 2011-2025) - JD
