Composed of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot this begins with inviting aromas cherries and dark plums woven together with charcoal, toast tobacco and hints of wet stones all taking shape. On the palate this medium-bodied red possesses a lovely silky texture with fine tannins and remains nicely balanced through the finish. While this does not possess the most notable age-worthy characteristics, it is however in a wonderful place now and should have a few more years to give.
