The 2012 Maître de la Chapelle is notable for its fresh, clean character, followed by aromas of raspberries, cherries, spices, lavender and licorice which all come together in the glass. On the palate this is refined, with lovely silky tannins and remains well balanced through the finish. Composed of 80% Grenache, 17% Syrah and 3% Mourvèdre. (Best 2017-2024) - December, 2015 (JD)
