This Primtivo opens with inviting aromatics of raspberry jam and sweet red plums, woven together with spices, lavender, vanilla and dried herbs that all take shape. On the palate this is medium-bodied, with a lovely soft, velvety texture and a seamless mouthfeel. There is a nice sense of freshness, which remains through the finish. Drinking beautifully now.
