The 2009 Sbragia Cabernet Sauvignon Wall Vineyard is really tasty, offering a mouthful of black cherries, cassis, spices, herbs, licorice, chocolate and even some minerals in the mix. Full-bodied, powerful, concentrated and plush, but has just enough acidity to keep everything fresh and lively. The finish is long and polished pumping out more chocolate and dark mountain fruits. The 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc was racked into small French oak barrels where it aged for about two years prior to bottling. This has a bright future but give it some time.
