This is a blend of 75% Cabernet Franc and the remainder Cabernet Sauvignon. Chocolate and violence with a touch of Turkish coffee mark the nose. The wine shows a wonderful mouthfeel and a bright, mouth-watering acidity. Black cherry cordial, blueberry compote and red bell pepper flavors amalgamate in the glass.
