Lightly colored, this excellent Rose bottling was aged in concrete prior to bottling. Cran-orange and a touch of wild strawberry hits the nose. Delicate, with a lithe minerality, this shows off light red fruit flavors with a touch of citrus rind towards the back end. This is a really good effort that needs a warm summer day.
