Coming from the highest portion of the Weathereye Vineyard on Red Mountain, this 100% Syrah is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 16 months in 25% new French oak and 500L puncheon. Imagine notes of blackberry, elderberry, smoked game, black olive tapenade, pink peppercorn, grapefruit zest and smokey potpourri - all wrapped up in a bow alongside medium plus acidity and chalky tannins.
