This dense hued wine begins with perfumed aromatics of black tea, wild blackberry jam, anise and rose petals. There are flavors of black cherry, wild blackberry, coffee grounds and hints of teaberry. The Syrah has a polished mouthfeel and displays some nice weight on the mid-palate that makes it impossible to resist right now. (Best 2016-2026) - October, 2016 (OB)
