Intense blue and black fruit (mulberry), vanilla, and sweet cinnamon on the nose. Grown in the Applegate Valley, the palate displays the full bodied texture of a warm climate Merlot. Mouth coating, jammy boysenberry then finishing with a lighter strawberry and touch of bitter bite. Tannin and acid support the big fruity sensation but play second to the slightly elevated alcohol.
