Coming from 8 different clones and blocks, this Sauvignon Blanc from Savage Grace is a field blend with a touch of Semillon. Fermented in neutral French oak barrels for 5 months, it goes through partial malolactic fermentation and sports a more Sancerre quality. It’s fresh on the nose and palate, with notes of dried pineapple, lime zest, and citrusy herbs. Lovely finish.
